The Ionian island of Meganisi is small, consisting of only three villages. As such is a day-trippers’ escapem, but it’s worth considering this quaint, unspoilt paradise for a longer stay. There are fertile hills and a beguiling coastline of fjord-like inlets with many beaches walkable from the main ports.
